Delivering World Class Services Conference
Improving access and the quality of services remains at the heart of the strategic direction of the NHS, reflected in numerous policy documents and in structural changes taking place locally to help ensure that we have in place effective arrangements to both commission and provide first class services to meet users disparate needs.
The Access Partnership ran a highly successful conference reflecting this theme on November 20th at the Holiday Inn, Bloomsbury which helped delegates to gain a greater insight and understanding of the national imperatives and how this is being translated locally. AHP Services Information Management Handbook - This interactive handbook provides AHP services with the tools they need to improve their services through information management. The handbook comprises 12 principles of information management; guidelines and case studies based on current practice; benchmarking and self-assessment tools to identify your service’s information management needs; as well as top tips to help you improve your service.
