When I look back at how we described the Adult Service at the beginning of the Service Review, it is barely recognisable as the same Service we now work within, such is the impact of Service Redesign. Then we were a fragmented service. Now we are working towards a whole service approach and have made great gains - but with challenges still to overcome. Would we go back to our previous way of working? Absolutely not!
