Delivering World Class Services Conference

Improving access and the quality of services remains at the heart of the strategic direction of the NHS, reflected in numerous policy documents and in structural changes taking place locally to help ensure that we have in place effective arrangements to both commission and provide first class services to meet users disparate needs.

The Access Partnership has a track record of working with services leading to tangible improvements being made in the way services are designed and delivered. Working closely with managers, clinicians and administrative staff real improvements are possible leading to benefits for both staff and service users. To find out more please contact us through the contact form on this website. We look forward to hearing from you!

light bulbTop Tip

  • Identify a range of smaller projects that can be taken forward within smaller working groups so larger group meetings can focus on consultation and service planning
  • Set clear action plans with measurable outcomes and time frames that can be re-addressed as required
  • Don’t reinvent the wheel. There are lots of good resources out there that can be adapted.
